FAQs
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All I ask is that you please return the vehicle in the same condition and cleanliness you picked it up in. As a courtesy, if you plan to take the vehicle to the beach please shake out all sand before entering due to the sand being very difficult to remove from the carpets.
Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick up/return time?
Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app and let us know by messaging, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available. As for early returns, please give us an hour heads up and we will see if we can accommodate an early return.

The car was clean, in good condition, and promptly delivered. We extended our trip by an hour and Barry was easy to communicate with about the change! Couldn’t have gone smoother :)

Pick up and drop off was easy. The host replies quickly. The car was not in the best shape it had dents all over and wheels were beat to death. Tires were different brands with different treads. I paid for the insurance coverage and I had a tire go flat.
I reached out to the host and I was told “Good Luck man that’s not my problem” The tire didn’t have a puncture. I got lucky that the owner of Lex Brodies tire shop was still at the shop after closing the shop down. He helped me out after hours.
I called the host again letting him know how much the tire costs and the shop can’t find a puncture. Tire leaked air from between the rim and tire. He again told me it’s not his problem. I paid extra $130 for the insurance. Also had to pay extra $405 for the new tire. When i first received the car it pulled to the right like the alignment was off. The steering wheel had a small clicking on the center point between turning either left or right. I’m not just giving a bad review because of the tire situation. The car must have been involved in an accident before and was repaired poorly. I’m not saying don’t book with these guys just inspect your car before you approve the pick up.

The guest did not get the highest insurance offered by Turo, which is the ONLY coverage that covers flat tires. He was also explained this thoroughly by myself as well as by turo customer service.

Car quality was great. Barry was super nice and helpful with logistics. He was also very responsive. We booked with him last minute and had the car within the hour. Would definitely book with him again.
