The home location of the vehicle is Evergreen Park, IL. We deliver to Ohare and Midway for free and provide easy ways to pick up the car. The vehicle is on an unlock feature and will be ready for you to just take off unless you need an in-person tutorial outside of the videos provided (available evenings and weekends only and you must state that this is needed during your booking). The car will be cleaned and sanitized before and after you use it. We take pride in ensuring the car is in the condition we would want to rent a vehicle. There is an iPass in the vehicle. The home location is Oaklawn, IL. However, we can deliver to Ohare or Midway Airport in addition to other areas. The delivery fee is $120 to all locations.. If you are in the Oaklawn area or 10 minutes in distance Delivery is not available the weekend of Father's Day weekend (home pick up only). Delivery will continue Sunday after 1pm.. The key can be left in the car and I can unlock when you arrive.

Is there an IPASS in the car? How will I be charged for tolls and EV charging?
There is a transponder in the car for tolls (01511183651 s the transponder number). Everything will be billed to the owner. A print-out of all the charges will be uploaded and then turo will send an invoice entitled "incidentals." You will pay turo and then the company will be reimbursed.

Ms. Dee is insanely accommodating! Driving a Tesla for the first time is an experience and she helps guide you through all the features, gadgets and methods to driving one.
Listen, it was like learning to drive all over again but she eased any frustrations I had.
She also provides so much extensive information on the car, charging it, navigating, etc.
Her communication before, during and after the trip was highly efficient.
If I'm ever in Chicago again, I will use Ms. Dee's services again without hesitation!

Ms.Dee was a wonderful host her hospitality was very welcoming. Pick and drop off were super easy and very convenient and as described according to the listing. I love the sound system and how clean the car was inside and out. The autosteer was also super useful. I will without a doubt be renting with her again and I encourage other guest to rent with her as well. This is by far the best rental I had by far since renting on the app
