Want to ride in style and also be smart with your money? Look no further I hope you enjoy the car as much as I do! For any guests requesting delivery to the airport, you will be charged $10 at the end of your trip for long term parking charges. Tolls and tickets will also be charged for all guests it applies to. I was charged $60 for the car to be brought to me and picked back up. Needless to say she didn't bring the car to me and wanted me to drop it off where I picked it up. She was a great host but if you don't want to deliver and pick back up you shouldn't say you do.

When you booked the vehicle I messaged you immediately and said you are more than welcome to rent but will have to pick it up. You agreed and I told you to adjust your booking so you didn't get charged the $60, you chose not to. I still came and picked the vehicle up on the final day. I'm sorry that you are unhappy but I provided an immediate resolution. Not to mention you absolutely destroyed the inside of my vehicle.

Second time and thus far I’ve never had any issues booking with Melissa. Communication is on point and she is very responsive. Picking up and dropping off the car is very convenient. Very smooth process. She is the only person I try to book through. Very understanding and accommodating. Even when I got sick and had to let one of my bookings cancel she even messaged me about it. I didn’t see it till a few days later but she is awesome.
