Why is car quiet when starting?
This car is a hybrid. It may remain quiet (engine is not engaged) when you start the car, but the car is turned on and ready to drive when you turn the key all the way to right and see a little green car sign on dashboard. Engine will kick in when you accelerate the car.
What’s the contactless pickup instruction?
I will send out the detailed contactless instruction on the same day or the night before depending on your pickup time, for safety reasons.
What happens if I get a flat tire?
Take the car to any Goodyear if you can still drive with the spare or if it has to be towed, tow it there. We have tire warranty on all four tires with Goodyear and you will only pay $50 for a new tire replacement if unfixable, and probably free if it can be fixed.
