• How do I unlock or lock the vehicle?

  Hold the Tesla key card underneath the camera between the driver door and rear door. Once the vehicle is unlocked the side mirrors will fold out and fold back in once the vehicle is locked.

• How do I turn the car on?

  To turn on the vehicle simply place the Tesla Key Card on the center console nearest the arm rest by the cup holders and then press the brake! The steering column will move down and once it's set you will be able to shift between reverse, neutral, and drive by moving the right shifter that is located on the column up or down.

• How do I adjust the driver seat to fit my height?

  To adjust the seat to fit your preferred preferences use the electronic buttons located on the bottom left of the seat

• How do I put the car in park?

  To put the vehicle in park simply press the button on the end of the right shifter inwards.

• I'm running low on battery and don't know where to find a charger!

  Not a problem, on the screens navigation find the "charging" button near the search bar and you'll be prompted with the nearest super chargers.

• Do I have to leave the car charging every time I get out of it?

  No, but if the vehicle is below 10% please find the nearest Super Charger or use the charging cable located in the trunk to plug into any 110 volt outlet. If the car reaches zero battery with no methods of charging around, a flat bed tow truck will be required and any additional damages or costs incurred will be invoiced to the renter at the end of the trip.

• Where and how do I plug the car into super charger?

  Once you have arrived to a super charger simply reverse into a stall, exit the vehicle, tap the driver side rear tail light to open the charging port and plug in! To remove the charging cable simply press the top center of the plug for it to unlock. The charging port will close automatically. All super charging costs will be invoiced back to the renter at the end of the trip.

• How do I turn the windshield wipers on?

  They're set to automatic but if you wish to manually activate them press the button on the left shifter located on the steering column.

• How do I pay interstate tolls?

  The vehicle comes equipped with an I-Pass transponder and all tolls will be invoiced at the end of the trip.

• I received a ticket who pays for it?

  If the vehicle is charged with any fines or violations they will be invoiced to the renter at that the end of the trip.

• Are there any late fees?

  Yes. All returns have a 10 minute grace period but become eligible to charge for additional usage and related fees after that.

• What charge % do I have to return the vehicle at?

  80%

• Are there fees if I return the car dirty?

  Yes, If the evidence supports an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge the guest a $150 violation fee

• Are there fees if I do not return the vehicle at 80% battery?

  Yes, returning the vehicle below 30 miles of range may damage the battery and could result in additional charges. 0%–20% charge = $50* 21%–50% charge = $20* 51%–80% charge = $10*

• Is airport parking free?

  Airport parking is not free and is charged at an hourly rate. The vehicle is dropped off as close to your arrival time as possible to keep costs to the guest low. The same charge is incurred to the host upon picking up the vehicle.
