Emanuel is a great host and was communicative through the process. The BMW is a great car to drive around the bay/coast with. The hard top definitely is a great bonus for a convertible. Rear trunk has ample space for a convertible, make sure to know how to lift the luggage cover or read the instructions. The upgraded audio is amazing. Nice that it has an eq option too (already on a good setting). Heated seats are great for the top down at sunset. Only complaint is the vehicle was delivered with a heavy smell of cigarettes from the previous renter and it stuck through the trip. Overall I would rent this BMW again (hopefully no smell next time) and would also rent other vehicles from Emanuel. Thanks again!
This is my second time using this car. Very easy pick up and drop off. It fits a family of four comfortably and has automatic locks located in front and back seats. Sanjay was responsive and allowed me to extend my trip several times. Car is in good condition and has great features such as sun roof, media option on radio and the owner included car charger/adapter. Will continue to rent in the future.
Such a great and reliable person. My Rental was cancelled on me last minute from another renter and I was basically left without a car mid trip. It was very difficult for me to find another vehicle and I was put at a huge inconvenience. Mattia's Vehicle was the only one that was available for me for the timeframe that I needed it. The booking process was so stress free and the communication was absolutely fabulous. I'm pretty new to Turo and he was always available to answer my questions if I had any and he took time out of his day to help explain things to me and especially how the App works. His car was amazing and reliable and a real pleasure to drive. He will always be my number one person to rent from on here.
Very nice car. I rented the car because my car was rear ended and I’ve used turo in the past for rental instead of the traditional rental companies. This Audi easily over $100 for sure with the other companies. I loved the car turned heads a couple of times. Very sporty clean in and out. A very good efficient car for a small family. Another note I rented the car pretty late I want to say 11pm-12 and Sanjay approved. So he’s very sharp with communications. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!
This was my first time using this app. Easy access to car. Very nice car. It was clean and ran well. The owner also leaves an apple charger in the car, but you must have a lighter adapter to plug it up. Sanjay was very responsive and allowed me to extend the rental one more day. Thank you! I will be renting again.
