Please be considered about future renters. We ask that you don’t smoke in the car or bring pets on board. Enjoy your trip and welcome to the land of 10000 lakes! **If you request pick up and drop off at MSP, you will be responsible for the parking fees that are not included in delivery fee. We use delivery fee to deliver the car to the airport and drive/uber our staff back. At terminal 1, first hour is $5 every other hour is $3 with daily max of $30. At terminal 2 daily max is $23 Upon the return guest must take a physical ticket from the ticket machine. Failure to get the ticket will result in lost ticket fee by the airport**

I hate to write a review like this but everything was absolutely awesome my house was krill I sent him plenty of notice I returned the car a day early she text me that she received the car I was supposed to get a $99 refund and be charged $35 for gas so they should owe me $64 krill continues to send me notes that I owe $35 I returned the car a day early everybody knows it it's just ridiculous please fix this so I can change this review I do not want to write a review like this I want the review to be how I felt before this happened
