Good vehicle, reliable, easy to pick up and drop off. Only issue was we wanted a car with Apple CarPlay and it was advertised as having it but it did not.

Disappointing is definitely a proper description. I had multiple issues with the car, how it was listed, maintained some of the correspondence with a co host. But overall it was Meh. Got me from point A to point B,C,D and back to A.
Issues
1. When I picked up the car it said maintenance needed soon and was out of windshield wiper fluid or the pumps are broken not sure. Either way cleaning the windshield while driving was a no go. A bigger annoyance was the lock FOB. The vehicle wouldn’t make any noise when I would hit the double lock or panic. Finally the tire pressure light came on right as I was returning the car
2. This vehicle didn’t come with cupholders. From what I saw online, the model does have a cupholder attachment but it wasn’t provided, was stolen, lost or something. As someone who starts his morning work drives with hot coffee that was very annoying and an unwelcome surprise.
3. The car is listed with Apple CarPlay but for all practical purposes, it doesn’t have it.
4. The co host when asked how I make Apple CarPlay work told me that it would be better if I YouTubed it. This is when I found out it needed a dongle of some sorts to make it work. Who travels with a specific dongle to make someone else’s CarPlay work? I could be wrong 🤷🏻♂️
Maybe these aren’t issues for you. If they are not, the host and his car are run of the mill for the price point.
Positives.
1. The car interior was decently clean. Upholstery is tough so I get it.
2. The host met me at the airport to pick up the car instead of having to park. I left my phone charger in the car and he was nice enough to go inside and return it to me while I was checking in.

Regarding the car locking, it locks silently without a sound. It's also common for tires to need air from time to time, as you noticed upon return. We provided instructions for using CarPlay and also directed you to a helpful YouTube video for further guidance. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve our service.
