My experience was mixed. The booking process was smooth, though no addiotional location options for drop off and pick up. . Also,
Upon entering the car, there was a noticeable smoke smell, which was quite unpleasant. While the car was otherwise clean and in good condition, the lingering odor affected the comfort of my ride.
That aside, the car performed well during my trip, and the return process was quick. If not for the smoke smell, this would have been a very positive experience.
