Everything was perfect. Excellent, professional & timely communication from host Michael. The directions/instructions on retrieving/access to the vehicle were easy and direct. Car smelled good & was very clean. It was as if it came of the showroom floor. I would refer him to EVERYONE needing a rental in this area. I know he will be who I’ll every time in NC. 5 stars isn’t enough. 1000 plus stars in my book.
