I am happy to rent out my VW Jetta. This is a brand new vehicle. In immaculate condition. Enjoy a super clean vehicle with advanced precaution measures utilized to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The vehicle is located near Sugar Mills shopping center, and minutes away from I-85. Pick up and drop off: The car is located in a gated apartment community in Duluth, GA. Details will be communicated to guest after successful booking confirmation. Expectations: -Guests are expected not to smoke in or around the vehicle. -Guests are expected not to use vehicle for ride-share purposes or long distant travels. -Guests are responsible for any toll fees/ parking tickets incurred during booking. -Gas is expected to be returned back on full with receipt proving the gas fuel used was Regular Unleaded fuel.

Our guest extended the trip within minutes of receiving another Turo booking it would have been impossible to accommodate both. We had to immediately cancel the reservation, but We made the guest aware of the circumstance right away.

Trip was ok, the car color is not the same as what I accepted . The driver had a friend come to inspect car and said it smelled like smoke when previously when he was asked he said it didn’t. I’m not sure if they are scamming to get more money but it was not what I expected

Hello Dante, It’s unfortunate that this was your experience. Dante was our first driver with Turo. The car was also brand new. When I entered the vehicle i immediately smelled smoke. I asked if he smoked he denied it. He mentioned that he got the car serviced and that the person sprayed Ozium(smoke odor cover up spray) we didn’t understand why they would do that if he didn’t smoke. He also brought the car back without refilling the fuel. Very unfortunate, we are seeking full reimbursement.
