How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
Are You Flexible with the Vehicle Pick-Up or Drop-Off Location? Do You Offer Delivery?
Unfortunately, the pick-up location is not flexible, cannot be modified, and we do not offer delivery.
What is the blue dash light when I first start the vehicle?
Once you turn the ignition key, a blue light illuminates for one to two minutes (until the engine is at optimal operative temperature) then goes off automatically. If it's one of those chilly winter mornings, the engine might take longer to warm up, and the light equally takes longer to go out. Just so you’re not scared or confused on what it is
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
What if I Need Extra Mileage?
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
