Terms of Usage and Fees 1. Vehicle interior must be returned without glitter, sand, stains of any kind, trash or food waste remnants. Furthermore, interior should closely match the condition it was delivered See Trip photos from vehicle Delivery. ⚠️ Failure to restore vehicle interior at time of return results in Excessive Cleaning fee of $150. 2. When "Prepaid Refuel" option is not added to the Trip, vehicle must be returned with a full tank of premium unleaded gasoline. Failure to return a full tank will incur the full reimbursement cost of fuel, plus a $10 inconvenience fee. 3. A Smoking Fee of $500 may be added for smoke/vapor odor removal and related cleaning. 4. Vehicle monitors all driving behaviors including, but not limited to, acceleration, braking, speed, hard steering, speed limit thresholds, collision, vibration, idling, location, and trip start/end times. 5. Excessive speeding is defined as "20 mph or greater" above posted speed limits. ⚠️ Excessive speeding will trigger remote disabling and add the cost of towing to your Trip. 6. Tampering with vehicle monitoring devices/ transponders incurs a $150 Reprogram Fee and additional reimbursement fees if a device is returned damaged. 7. Trip extension requests must be completed and approved before the final hour of the Trip to avoid an additional Booking Fee by TURO. 8. The Primary Driver (PD) must be physically present before and after each trip. The PD must provide a physical drivers license before the trip begins and notify if there are any other drivers at any time. ⚠️ Failure to add license photos to Trip or add additional drivers) will result in your TURO account becoming flagged and/or suspended. 9. A "Pet Fee" of $500 may be added when the vehicle is returned with animal hair or related staining, odors or soiled interior. 10. A standard repair fee of $450 per wheel will be added in the event the vehicle is returned with curb rash/wheel damage not present at vehicle delivery. For reference, Trip Photos will visibly document the specific curdition of all wheels at vehicle delivery. ⚠️You are required to follow traffic laws and speed restrictions. You must notify host of any tickets, tolls and/or violations to avoid additional fees. ⚠️Failure to add valid license photos to your Trip or failure to add additional driver(s) will result in your TURO account becoming flagged and/or suspended. 👉🏿 $500 Smoking Fee when applicable. A separate $350 Burn Repair & Stain Removal fee is added when applicable. See entirety of Trip Photos. 👉🏿 Vehicle equipped with GPS tracking and behavior monitoring. 👉🏿 Follow all traffic laws and speed restrictions. Excessive speeding (20+ mph over speed limits) results in immediate termination and forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation. 👉🏿 Pet Fee of $500 applies if animal hair and related soil/staining or odor is not removed from vehicle before end of Trip.
