The car is convenient if you’re coming into O’Hare. Sam was kind and responsive answers questions. I didn’t have any issues with the car.

Sam was really helpful and accommodating. My flight got delayed and he was able to accommodate so I was still able to have the car while in the area. It was a really easy process of picking-up and dropping off. I would highly recommend Sam if you're in Chicago!

Had a great experience renting the car. Sam was a great host. Only thing, the Uber from the airport was closer to $20 and not $10.
