This public library at this location, the Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales Denver Public Library, has a dedicated large parking lot. It is visible on Irving St. on the south side of Colfax, and is located near Empower Field, Paco Sanchez Park, and the downtown Denver area. Depending on the time of pick-up, the car will either be personally delivered to you at the parking lot, or will be left there with a lockbox for the keys. In either case, you will receive a message with specific location and pick-up instructions.

Absolutely no machine car washes, please. The car is hand/nozzle wash only, or there will be a damage charge, as automatic washes scratch and damage the paint. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you! We can deliver and pick up the vehicle throughout the majority of the Denver Metro area; just ask if you have a specific location in mind. *This vehicle is HAND WASH ONLY! If you want to wash it and cannot use a hand nozzle wash, we ask that you do not run it through an automatic wash! They damage the paint and charges will be assessed for damage.* The car will always be delivered to you with a full tank of fuel. Little ones are always welcome, along with their booster and car seats.

• Will you deliver to the airport?

  Absolutely! You may pick up the car at the time of your convenience from the parking lots/garages attached to either terminal. *BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR AIRPORT BOOKING*: Please select "Denver International Airport" from "Pickup & Return Location." You will then see further instructions; please read these over thoroughly! There is an associated delivery fee that accounts for the time and cost for the hosts to prepare and transport the car to DIA, which is located almost 30 miles outside of Denver proper.

• What if I want to pick up and leave the car somewhere besides the airport or the car's home location?

  No problem! Just select the "Delivered to You" option from "Pickup & Return Location." You can then enter an exact address. You can also message the hosts if you have any specific instructions, such as "Let's meet at the valet parking outside the hotel lobby." There is an associated delivery fee that accounts for the time and cost for the hosts to prepare and transport the car from its home location.

• What are Sport and Eco mode? Why would I use them?

  Sport mode increases the power sent to the engine, as well as the car's responsiveness. Use Sport mode in conditions when you want greater power, quick acceleration and extremely precise handling (mountain driving, for example)- or just for a fun experience! Eco mode is best when you want to save power to create a more conservative drive. Use Eco mode anytime you want to increase fuel economy, such as long highway drives.

• How does contactless delivery work?

  The hosts will leave the car parked at the previously agreed-upon location with the keys in secure storage on the vehicle. You will notify the hosts once you arrive at the car and then complete your Turo check-in tasks on the app, which include uploading the primary driver's photo ID to the Trip Photos. Instructions to access the keys will be provided ONLY AFTER you have uploaded your photo ID to the Trip Photos. You may then follow instructions that will be provided to leave the keys with the car at the conclusion of your trip!

• Are pets permitted?

  Yes, we are dog-friendly! Please select the "Pet" extra. We love all pets, but to preserve the vehicle interior and maintain the car for other guests, please bring dogs only. We will provide a seat cover at no extra cost to all guests with a dog.

• Do I need to return the car clean and full of gas?

  You are not required to wash and clean the car before returning; however, please notify the hosts if the car is unusually dirty and if there were any spills or other incidents. Turo may charge a fee for vehicles that are returned in poor condition, depending on the circumstances. You can select the Prepaid Fuel extra to return the car with any level of fuel. If you have not selected this extra, please return the car with the same level of gas as when you picked it up.
