Do not rent this car if you need airport pickup. While there were no issues with the car itself, the pickup of the vehicle was a nightmare. After landing at the airport, we were ready to get the car and kick off our trip. Instead we spent literally over an hour walking around several hot airport parking garages, with all of our luggage, searching for the car. The host did not know where the car was parked nor in which garage. And instead of just saying that upfront or working to figure out where the car actually was, we were sent on a wild goose chase. They did not answer the phone for us or Turo support and gave us vague and inaccurate instructions like, “it’s in the middle section in the back”. Literally no markers to give a specific area and after being told it was in section ‘H’, we ultimately found it TWO parking garages over in section ‘P’.
