How do I open/close the top?
Be sure the screen protector in the trunk is closed, if it is not closed, the top will not operate. The control to open/close the top is in the center console. Pull back to open the top - push down to close. You can also use the car key when standing outside the car near the drivers door - press and hold the unlock button to open the top - press and hold the lock button to close the top.
