This is a nice 2011 Toyota Prius White. Excellent condition drives well. Please no smoking and PLEASE do not spray any blunt spray or strong fragrance in this car. Clean, clean the car once done. If you know you will be driving a good distance, PLEASE, clean the car back to the way you received it. If the out side is a little dirty (except dead bugs all over the car), I am okay. But please clean and vacuum the inside of the car (spills, dirt, etc...). If not cleaned, I must charge a fee to get a car wash. Thank you! PLEASE do not spray any blunt spray or strong fragrance in this car. Car will be very clean when delivered and please clean car when returned. Airport Delivery: Trips 7 days of more will be free. If trips are less than 7 days delivery fee is $65.00 which include both pickup and return. Problems on trips: If you need roadside assistance for ANY reason. I have a team of two people who assist with that. You can message me on the app and if you do not get a response immediately, PLEASE, text my number on the app no matter what time. This will save everyone a $200 roadside assistance charge from Turo. If my car breaks down on a normal wear and tear, I have to pay $200 for failure to “keep my car maintained” per their policy. If it is a guest who hit a nail or some other guest problem, you have to pay $200 fee as well. I do my best to maintain my cars by scheduling BEFORE time oil changes and having my tires changed regularly as well. I also make it a point to have the cars inspected every 9 months for wear and tear on belts, heat pumps, etc. Thus, to avoid any fees from Turo, please message me immediately (text if no response on app because the app is not that reliable at times) to get a resolution.
