I had read that another customer had difficulty with the convertible roof and there was no instruction manual so I inquired. I was told that the convertible was in good working order and all you had to do was press a button to make it work. Pressing the button did not make it work and instead got me an error message. I was able to access a digital manual through the dashboard and the instructions said I had to pull down a flap in the trunk to create a well for the folded roof prior to pressing the button. My large suitcase in trunk prevented the flap from lowering therefore I was unable to ever use the convertible and I had to spend a considerable amount of time to find this out. Disappointing.

I was told to drop off in “ long term parking” so I had to research what this meant at that particular airport, what options in 3 garages I had etc. I got the feeling this Turo operation is a bigger business that has outgrown the grassroots customer service that made it so easy for me thus far.
The car itself is nice but showing some age and performed as it should. With or without the convertible, still a very nice ride.

The car was nice however there was no manual to explain the working of the convertible top. I only rented the car for 2 days and the second day the top would not retract. The screen said “ temporarily unable to perform this function. See owner’s manual for instructions,” Kinda’ ruined the trip along A1 and the expense of renting a convertible in Florida.
