It was well maintained on the inside just a bit rugged when driving, jerks a bit. Otherwise everything was great

Cathy is flexible and easy to communicate. I had to extend the rental multiple of time, and Cathy was very accommodating. Car was cleaned and drove smoothly. Would highly recommend renting with her. I'd give her a 10/10.
