Faqs
How do I charge the car?
Charging is easy! You can open the port from the computer console or tap the back left port next to the tail light. The console computer (5th icon from the lower left corner) will show you available charging stations and how many ports are available for you to use. You can prepay for charging when you book or you can be billed after the end of your trip.
What if I need more time with the car?
1 HOUR BEFORE END OF TRIP: If you need to adjust your rental return, please process a change request through the Turo app or website at least 1 hour before the scheduled end date/time. IF YOU'RE LATE TO RETURN THE CAR: We strive to provide great service with a delivered, sanitized vehicle. In order to accommodate the rental schedule, we can only provide a 15 minute grace period for your return. If the car is returned 15 minutes after the scheduled return time, a fee of $100 will be charged after your trip ends.
Can I use the toll roads?
Yes! The Tesla has a North Texas TollPass, meaning you can use any toll road in North Texas. Tolls will be charged after your trip ends (may take up to 90 days to show up). A copy of the NTTA invoice will be uploaded for your records.
