This car will be parked inside of the parking garage of The Case Building. It will be located in the guest parking spot.

***GUIDELINE: Before renting from us. Binding Agreement you agree to the following by booking: (NO OUT OF TOWN/STATE TRIPS) 1- You agree that you are personally responsible for the $2,500 out of pocket to cover any damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible You further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver license. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5-You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 6-You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7-You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. 8- You agree that you will pay a $10 day fee to go through any toll roads *A $100+ PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON TOP OF ANY PARKING OR TOLL VIOLATIONS 9- You agree that you will put premium gas only in this vehicle Gas receipts must be kept and returned with vehicle ( $5 a gallon +$100 fee for any returns less than original gas level delivered) 10- You agree that you will not eat or drink anything other than water in this vehicle. $100+ cleaning fee to remove stains and shampoo seats 11- you agree that you will not do any burnouts. Tires will be checked before delivery and after for excessive wear; abuse will be billed accordingly. 12- you agree that No smoking/vaping/substance of any kind. If the car smells like any kind of smoke upon return, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. scratched, or bent in anyway. 13- lost keys replacement $300 14- Airports delivery (renter pays ticket)
