Awesome experience with the Lexus NX, no complains whatsoever. His vehicle was clean, performed very well and to top it all it was also a good looking SUV. If I ever in that area again , I would definitely rent from Shaun again.

AMAZING! If you are looking for a car rental please book with Moneshia. She is an absolute gem and pays attention to little details like extra disinfecting wipes in the car, snack bag, a personalized note welcoming us to Texas and lastly a Starbucks gift card. I made a mistake and thought we booked the rental car delivery to the airport. She worked with us on our return so we didn’t have to drive across town for the return and met us at the airport. I can’t express how much this meant us because we were able to spend more time with family. She is flexible and communicates well. We will 100% rent from her again and suggest you do to!

Shaun was great, came right to the airport to pick me up and dropped me at a hotel when my return flight got cancelled. The Lexus had 124k mi but it looked and drove like it just rolled new off the showroom. Shaun takes his rides seriously…and hes a really good guy.

The Pearl was perfect. Rides great and was very clean. A couple of nice surprises...the front seats have a cooling feature. Which was so nice in this Texas summer heat. Also, the back seats recline. I would definitely rent The Pearl again.

The car was great. There were just two of us, but I like having a little extra space and height of a small SUV. Rennard is the best kind of owner. He was super flexible and great great at communicating throughout. Was even cool enough to meet me at Love Field for the pick-up and then DFW for the drop-off
