Car worked great for getting me from A to B. Bryan has a very fast response. The vehicle was responsive and drove smooth. My only issue was the horn worked 50% of the time. Make sure to bring a car charging adapter. The A/C worked great and the Bluetooth connection was the savior for Tunes. Overall for the price it was a great rental.

The price is great, can't beat that but don't expect a luxury drive. Some features were broken but overall, it got me from point A to point B. Bryan is great to communicate with, fast and efficient!

HORN DOES NOT WORK!!!!!! Dangerous car. Stay away. 1. The airbag light was on the entire time. This means that the passenger had no working airbag for the duration of our trip. When we spoke to the owner, he said the light would turn off soon, that the car has passed an inspection by Turo, and that we should not worry. These were all lies. 2. The usb charger did not work, and we discovered this a few hours into our trip, and the car chargers we bought would not work until we bought a special charger. This wasted almost two hours of our trip, and meant that charging our phones was difficult throughout our time in the car. 3. The tire pressure sensor activated the second morning, and the owner told us to take it to a shop and plug the tire. When we went to the tire shop, they checked the pressure in all four tires. Three of them were at low pressure, and the fourth, which has no tire pressure cap, was over pressurized. This wasted about an hour of our trip, and literally no help was given by the owner. 4. The cruise control did not work, which means that we had to drive all the way to Big Sur and back to Los Angeles without the ability to rest our feet. The entire steering wheel had no power to it’s amenities, including the volume control, the trip odometer, and the cruise control. This leads us to the biggest problem of all. 5. The horn was broken, and you don’t find out the horn is broken until you need the horn to work. We almost died because I was unable to signal the car next to me, and I was forced to switch lanes at high speeds to avoid a collision. This is not just a bad review. This is a warning to avoid this owner and this car. This was a liability, and this almost cost us our lives.

First of all we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your rental but I reassure you all our vehicles are safe to drive and transport anyone. We would not allow any vehicle on the road that would cause danger or harm to a renter. If you would have told of us about any issue at the beginning of the trip we would have been able to resolve and swap you into another vehicle instead of telling us at the very end and requesting a refund and not giving us a opportunity to do right by the renter.

Bryan was very professional and the car was great! Comfortable, clean, and everything worked well the whole week. I definitely plan to rent from him again if I need a car in OC in the future!
