Great host ! Love renting with them! Quick and easy . Wish people would respect their property but they are always so understanding ! Will rent again .

The car was just fine for a trip to LA, but unfortunately it was shaking very much the whole time (without any mechanical issue). Also, this was my first time with a self check-in and check-out, and it has been kind hard to find and take the car - however, the host was available 24/7 and very kindly helped me during the process.

The car was not ready when we arrived. The exterior was dirty. The maintenance message stays on constantly and the key fob needs a new battery. The rear left wheel needs service…makes a constant noise. That said, it got us there and did get great mileage.
