Great car!
Great location!
Issue with pickup - I booked the car for a 9 AM pickup on Friday, but I did not receive any communication from the host prior to my arrival. When I reached the pickup location, there was no car available, and after waiting for 30 minutes in the cold without a response, I had to leave.
It was only at 10 AM that the host messaged me, explaining he had been sleeping and at a friend's house. While I understand that things can happen, I believe communication is crucial, especially when plans have been confirmed. All messages should ideally be through the Turo app for proper record-keeping.
The host offered to meet at 11 AM, which I adjusted to 11:30 AM. However, after this experience, I inquired about a possible discount for the inconvenience, especially considering I spent around $50 on Uber rides as an alternative. Unfortunately, the host stated that he couldn't provide a discount on the current trip but could offer a coupon for future bookings.
While I appreciate the gesture, I felt that a more immediate solution would have been appropriate given the circumstances. Overall, I felt that the host did not fully acknowledge the impact of the situation on my plans. I hope this feedback helps in improving future experiences for both the host and guests.

I apologise for the inconvenience this unfortunate situation that misunderstood the trip was booked at 4 am to pick up at 9 am on a weekend where there is no way that I would know until I wake up , I fixed this issue. by making the shortest time to book a trip is 12 hours instead of six hours hopefully we won’t fall in this situation again thank you for yourinput. and would love to have you again
