Customer service was very great but the car wasn’t how I expect very clean but older car had to many light on the dash broad the break lights will automatically stop working and I actually got pulled over because of that but his customer service was very great just need to update his car!!

Car was an excellent ride with plenty of power. I recommend taking the $60 fuel refill option on the app because it took more than $65 to refill it at the pump.
The process for picking up the vehicle was straight-forward, even though it was contactless. This was my first time using Turo and I was fairly impressed.
Just a few minor complaints about the experience - the pics of the vehicle show it as it was when it was new, but now it has about 170k miles on it and looks much older. The fuel cap panel is damaged. The tires are imbalanced causing the car to vibrate at higher speed. That sort of thing.
I would rent it again though.
