Great price and great communication with the host.

I was involved in a hit and run accident with this vehicle, where the car was parked on a city street, Hit, and the person kept going probably a drunk driver. The Host was notified immediately, i texted her expressing how sorry i was about the situation seeing as though she was scheduled for another trip as soon as mines ended. After notifying her, the only response was drop the vehicle off at the drop off location. I submitted the damage report and drop the vehicle off. Never heard ANYTHING from the HOST or TURO. 4-20-23 i received a call from Turo about contacting the host to work out my own personal agreement for the damages. Now Turo neglected to inform me that they had already gotten a quote from her, but not a legitimate estimate. So when i contacted the host BRITTANY she already had decided to receive payment from Turo. Anyway the full coverage cost wasn’t in my budget so i selected the minimum coverage of 3,000. Ironically that’s the same amount Brittany has quoted her DAMAGE ! she was very short response wise. And only cares about the MONEY she doesn’t get the car maintenance. Bad BREAKS previous body damages. And I’m not into getting scammed for 3k when the damages wasn’t worth that much labor included. So don’t rent from this host unless you wanna be scammed !
