My original Turo cancelled the night before my trip. I was thankful to get a replacement. I paid the almost $100 in airport fees for the owner to then say that he can drop off the car at the airport but would need me to give him a ride back to his home. Am I paying these fees for their convenience or mine? We got in so late that he did end up dropping off the car in the short term parking lot. When we got to the car, it wasn’t starting. I texted & called & didn’t get an answer. Decided to get an Uber to our place so we could figure it out in the morning. I get a call from him while in the Uber that he had to activate the car & we were now good to go. Just a frustrating experience. Aside from that, the car got us from A to B just fine.

Briand was awesome start to finish. He was very understanding and flexible with my situation. He is very professional, courteous and helpful.
Briand also went above and beyond to switch out cars for me. The vehicle was very clean and spacious. I’d never used Turo before and I was very thankful to have a great first experience.
