I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN!! First I booked a car through Turo and I took an Uber to the the place to pick up the car. I was told nonchalantly that the car I booked 2017 Mitsubishi wasn’t available and that the only car that was available was a 2007 Ford something. Of course I needed the car so I kinda had to take whatever they had. The car was brought around and scratches were all over the car, IT SMELLED HORRIBLE, the seat were FILTHY, the cup holder had old stocky stuff all in them. The seats and arm rest were ripped. I was disgusted I went back into the building and asked if I could have another car. The owner proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the car that I rented and that it wouldn’t be back until the following Monday. He told me to call him on Monday to see if the car was back and if it was i could pick it up. I was stranded without the car so I took it, I was very disappointed! On Monday I called him back and he said the car was there. I got there and it was a very small tiny car. It did not look like a 2017 anything. The hood looked spray painted amongst other things it didn’t feel like a new car. Nevertheless I was basically using the car for transportation to work. I extended the vehicle twice and ended up paying almost $900. I vacuumed and gassed the car before returning the car. Later that night I get a message from the owner saying that I went over 165 miles???? I’ve rented from turo several times and I have NEVER went over the miles!!!!! At the rate he’s charging me it would be that he only gave me 56 miles per day, I have the car for 20 days. Who drives only 56 miles per day? Most rentals I’ve had with turo give 100 per day. They are nickel and dining people and it’s not fair! To try and charge me after the car ha been returned gassed and vacuumed. They have rhe ABSOLUTE WORST CARS IVE EVER SEEN, unprofessional and money hungry!
