Car was great, super comfortable and great on gas. John was cool and professional, this was my first time using Turo, and I felt comfortable renting a car from him. He was also very accommodating, my plans slightly changed and I needed to pickup the car a couple hours earlier, and he promptly approved my request through Turo.
I HIGHLY recommend using Steven. He honestly saved me big time because the other person I was trying to use on Turo bailed and cancelled on me 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet. I thought I was screwed and my weekend plans ruined. But last minute I tried to rebook a car and found Steven who agreed with under 2 hour notice. We met a few hours later, he always responds super fast, super cool and easy to talk to and work with. The price was very reasonable for the civic I rented. It was clean and reliable. 10/10 for Steven. Highly highly recommend using his cars, he is simply the best!

Amazing host! Very accommodating and went above and beyond. I got asked about the Firefly advertisement on top of the car. I wish their was a way to turn off but not a huge deal to make because the car is definitely a gas saver and he provided charger, fast trak, full tank, information about the vehicle and even an energy drink for my trip. Very considerate and welcoming. I would definitely rent again! Thank you Max

Sophia is simply the best! She was easy to work with, helpful with all our questions, and responsive from beginning to end of working with her. We are interested Tesla buyers and she helped give us the experience we needed to be sure we loved the car. Her Tesla was spotless and she made sure to take extra time to ensure we knew how to operate the car. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get one of our own one day! This man impacted my life lol I had two flat tires and instead of being upset he helped me every step of the way he paid for the car to get tires at a shop and got me back on my trip and I’m super grateful to him I would definitely recommend this person. Easy respectful and totally understanding.

I would rent this car again. For the sake of transparency, there was an issue in the beginning with the pick up, but Maximilian went above and beyond to make it right. He was very communicative with me through the process. He treated me with respect, understood my initial frustration, and went out of his way to make the experience better, which is why it was a 5 star experience for me. The car was clean, easy to drive and had everything I needed (phone holder, charging chord, etc) to make my days of travel easy and convenient. Thank you, Max!
