A smoking violation will incur a $250 fee. Also, we, unfortunately, do not allow pets to lessen the incident of an allergic reaction from a guest. 🟰 🟰 🟰 ATTENTION RENTER 🟰 🟰 🟰 We take great pride in keeping our vehicles clean. To prevent the spread of germs, every vehicle is sanitized and cleaned with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Please do your part in keeping the vehicle clean for all renters to enjoy! 🟰 🟰 🟰 REQUIRED BY HOST 🟰 🟰 🟰 All pick-ups and drop-offs will be contactless. With Turo's contactless handoffs, the following items are mandatory, for insurance and validation purposes, before taking possession of the vehicle: 1. Please upload a photo of your driver's license 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license You can upload these photos by going to the details tab/reservation page, scrolling down, and where it says "add photos," tap here to upload. 🟰 🟰 🟰 IMPORTANT INFO FOR AIRPORT RESERVATIONS 🟰 🟰 🟰 We will park in the Airport's Main garage, which is attached to the terminals (requires no airport transportation unless flying into Terminal 5). The delivery fee covers the cost of parking. We will cover up to 8 hours of parking (from when we park the car to your trip start time) during our service hours - see below. We can accommodate off-hour trips by request. M-F 6AM - 9PM Sat: 9AM - 12PM Sun: 6AM - 5PM Guests are responsible for the additional parking cost resulting from travel delays and late arrival or reservation start time errors. I was excited to be able to skip the Avis counter during this trip. However the tire had a bubble which can be dangerous depending on how long it is driven on. Juareese kept close communication with me which I did appreciate however I wasn’t able to complete half of the tasks I flew in for because I was too scared to drive far on this tire as the spare wasn’t in the car but at his garage and being the weekend I would’ve been stuck 150 miles away from where I picked it up. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive. Just wish I could’ve used it for what I actually needed and without having a panic attack anytime I hit a bump

We appreciate our guest attentiveness to the vehicle. We have replaced the tires. We offered the guest the opportunity to have the tires replaced or swap into a new vehicle, which they declined. We do everything we can to ensure our vehicles are well taken care of and that are guest can experience a hassle and stress free trip. We will continue to ensure our vehicles are in excellent working condition for our guest to enjoy.

Fantastic! Jaureese and his team are amazing hosts. The car is in perfect condition and a very smooth ride. Pick up and drop off process are very straight forward. When I needed to make adjustments to my reservation, they were responsive and accommodating. I will definitely use this car again for my next Chicago day trip.
