We work hard to ensure our vehicles are in pristine condition to provide phenomenal experiences to each guest. If you cannot respect the following guidelines, we ask you choose a different host for your trip. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING || STRICTLY ENFORCED If there is even the slightest hint of smoke left behind, it will result in a $500 fine, no questions asked. If $500 seems like a lot, then think about that before lighting up in our vehicles. NO PETS CONSCIENTIOUSNESS If you know you don't have time to fill up gas or clean the car before dropping it back off, please be respectful and add the extras that apply.

What happens if I encounter tolls?
If you encounter tolls, you have two options. 1. pay them as you go manually 2. be billed for the total toll amount at the end of your trip
Must I return the car on a full tank?
The car must be returned on the same tank fill you received it on. If you would prefer not to do this, please select the extra add on option for prepaid fuel.
Do I have to clean the car?
Yes. Unless you choose the add on extra post trip cleaning. Kindly note that post trip cleaning does not cover strong odors, stains, or damages. If the car is returned with any of these, it will regrettably end our acquaintance as well as a reimbursement bill to be paid by you for the maintenance needed.
