There is a parking lot in the rear of building. Pick ups and drop offs will mainly be handled there. If the lot has no space in the rear or If I am not able to make it to the pick ups and drops, the car will be parked on the street in front of the building.

First and Foremost, THIS CAR TAKES PREMIUM GAS ONLY !!! 1. ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS of any kind is allowed in the car. If there is any evidence, you will be charged based on Turo Guidelines. 2. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind in the car. If smoke is detected post trip, you will be charged based on Turo Guidelines. 3. ABSOLUTELY NO EATING in the car. Drinks are fine but please do not spill in the car. If there is any evidence of food or spills post trip, you will be charged based on Turo Guidelines. 4. PLEASE BE PROMPT for drop off. 5. PLEASE RETURN CAR CLEANED. Any items left in the car will result in the car not being cleaned and those said items will be thrown away. If your trip needs to be extended for any reason, please contact us for availability first! We have to make sure the car is not booked already. If you are approved, then request a change to your trip in the app before your Current Trip Ends. 7. The car will have a full tank of Premium gas at pickup, please Return Car with a full tank of gas (Exception if you opt for Prepaid Refuel service). 8. If you have to go through tolls, you can use the iPass lanes and once we are billed, you will be changed post-trip for the tolls passed during your trip duration. 9. Please respect our car as if it was yours. Please try to avoid hazardous roads. 10. For pick up and drop off, please contact me to coordinate both. 10a. For Pick Up: You will get the exact directions of the car when booked. Once you arrive, let me know and I will deliver the car to you and if you need a little help with operating the car, I can help you during this time as well. 10b. For Drop Off, try to park in the same area where you picked up the car. If there isn't enough space on the street, please communicate and I can meet with you to handle the drop off personally. 10c. For Car deliveries to Midway Airport: This option's availability is not always guaranteed. It is case by case depending on pick up and drop off times, so please message us to see if we can accommodate the drop off to Midway Airport. (Currently off the table!)
