Aloha! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 🚨Responsible and respectful guest only. I'm grateful you’ve stopped to look at my car as your renting option! I work hard to be able to provide this quality of car for your enjoyment so please be careful and help me keep the car in excellent condition. I highly recommend adding the cleaning fee and unlimited mileage because it’s significantly cheaper than going over mileage and post-trip cleaning. If my car is not returned clean in the same or better condition you received it then you will be charged. Also, if the vehicle is not totally full (not filled then driven around 30 miles) with the receipt you will be charged. Pre-pay is also recommended. For missing gas, there is a $10 convenience fee charge plus the cost of the missing gas. If you happen to be running later for the car drop-off or something along the lines please let me know and we can work something out rather than me being surprised. Check-In / Check-Out Please CHECK-IN AND OUT on the Turo phone app so Turo knows what time you picked up the vehicle and what time you returned it. Only the person on the Turo account can pick up and drop off. Do NOT book for someone else. You MUST bring/upload a VALID driver's license when you pick up the vehicle. I WILL NOT release the vehicle if you do not have a valid license with a clear picture. NO EARLY PICKUPS OR LATE RETURNS. Turo only insures my vehicle and what it hits DURING the rental period. The Turo insurance card will be in the glove box along with my registration. The Turo insurance card can also be downloaded here -> https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203991860-Incident-information-card- Turo charges late return fees so if you are going to be late, extend the trip BEFORE the trip ends so you won't be charged the late fee plus an additional usage fee. You CANNOT extend the trip once the time of return has passed. Simply click "Change Trip" and change the return time as necessary. If there is a renter for the car right after you, you will NOT be able to extend and WILL be charged the late fee as it is unfair for the next renter to wait for you. If you are going to return earlier than the scheduled time, please inform me at least 1 hour ahead of time to make sure I am available. Do not show up early and expect me to be there. There are NO refunds for early returns and rental periods cut short. CLEANING Please return the car mess, mud, and sand-free. Please do not track sand or mud back into the car and please vacuum before return. NO SMOKING of ANY kind to include weed or vaping. NO PETS PERIOD! I AM ALLERGIC! You will be fined by TURO $50 to $250! Do not eat or drink in the car. Spills and crumbs WILL occur no matter how careful this also prevents stickiness on the frequently used areas of the car. The hours and sometimes days lost of leaving a car at a detail shop for cleaning, vacuuming, and/or deodorizing is not ideal for me. Turo's cleaning fees will apply accordingly. Ultimately, it will be their call based on the pictures you and I take and upload at the beginning and end of each trip for documentation and my protection in case of damage. I take pride in my car and ensure the gas is filled to the max, washed, and vacuumed before you get into it. My car must be returned with a MAX tank of gas (just as it's given at max) as well as vacuumed and washed unless you prepay for cleaning or gas fill-up in the Extras section BEFORE the trip starts. Turo fines for returning a car dirty or sandy up to $250. Only the USB phone chargers will be provided. If damaged or lost, USB chargers $12. Additional Information Turo's number is 1-415-965-4525 and has free roadside assistance for towing, key lockouts, jump starts, and tire changes. You cannot leave it unattended. My car is in superb condition and properly maintenance by BMW. No speeding, racing, or off-roading (gravel roads, sand, mud, red dirt areas, etc). Be careful where you park or you may be ticketed and or towed. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost, and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. If you get towed, some tow yards require me to physically be there to retrieve the vehicle. I may not be able to get the car out of the tow yard right away. If this causes a problem of returning the vehicle back on time. Improper and late return fees will be assessed by Turo. Finally, you MUST RETURN THE CAR WHERE YOU PICKED IT UP or improper return fees will be assessed by Turo. If you have an issue with ANY of these guidelines, please DO NOT BOOK. If you've already booked, PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING as soon as possible so Turo does not charge your card and you don't get charged canceling fees. Such a great car to drive! The car was super clean and spotless when Jazmine delivered to me. And Jazmine is super friendly and nice to work out the drop off/pick up time with me! She even left disinfectant wipes and paper towel in the truck for us. Definitely would like to rent this car again in the future - drive in style in Honolulu!
