No pets or service animals and no smoking or vaping. $250 fee for smoking or vaping inside the vehicle or if the vehicle smells like smoke upon return. Please do not take this car outside the USA and return the car in the same condition as you received it and at the same charge level. Returning the vehicle late by over 30 minutes will result in a late fee. Please do not drive off road or in unpaved roads. You will be assessed a tire damage fee of $50 per tire. Do not allow the Tesla to go under 10% battery or 25 miles range, since this will damage the battery and we may assess a $100 fee. Please note that Tesla's full self driving is still in beta and requires the driver's attention at all times. Tesla states "The currently enabled features require active driver supervision and do not make the vehicle autonomous. The activation and use of these features are dependent on achieving reliability far in excess of human drivers as demonstrated by billions of miles of experience, as well as regulatory approval, which may take longer in some jurisdictions." You may not use this Tesla for food, packages, or any rideshare or delivery service. You may not use this Tesla for any commercial use. Before picking up the Tesla you will need to provide a photo of your valid car insurance policy. If you purchase the Turo insurance please send a screenshot for proof of that policy. You can upload this information to the Turo trip photos on your reservation.

• 🔌 How do I charge the Tesla?

  We recommend you use only Tesla superchargers since it's extremely simply and integrated into the car's navigation system. You just park and plug in, that's all. There is also a Tesla mobile charger located in the front trunk and can charge 5-6 miles per hour on any standard outlet.

• 🛫 How do I return the car to the airport (if applicable)?

  You can drop off the car at either Terminal 3 or Terminal 4 short term parking. Just head into the parking garage, take a ticket (don't insert your credit card), then park and let us know the floor and parking spot number. Leave the key inside the car and press the lock icon on the top of the screen.

• 🚗 Can I drive in the HOV lane?

  Yes, this Tesla has the Arizona blue clouds green vehicle license plate, which means at ANY time you may drive in the HOV lane on ANYWHERE in Arizona. This does not apply in other states such as CA, NV, NM, UT, or TX.

• 🌲 How do I use the U.S. Park Pass?

  Notable Parks - Grand Canyon, Arches, Yosemite, Zion. Our Tesla includes the America The Beautiful national park pass, which is valid at more than 2,000 federal recreation sites across the country. • 🚧 Can I go off road, dirt road, or on a beach?

  You may not take the vehicle off road, onto a dirt road, or on a beach or otherwise on a non paved road.
