Turo beats out the rental car businesses like Enterprise or Hertz because you can work with the owners and there’s always an EV when you need one. Turo always have a car for me to rent and I don’t have to wait or go through he said/ she said. Turo, we drove cars for leisure and business and freedom from needing businesses like Lyft or Uber, there should be a button for both.
Jed is flexible if you need the Tesla longer. Jed always answer even if it is before 8 AM Central Standard time. He’s like a neighbor I can lease a car from. I wanted to know how to reset the trip so I would know how many miles I was driving, I inquired but no I did not receive a response or he didn’t want me to reset but I found out how: Trip, Reset trip A or trip B on the bottom. ( set it before your initial trip.) The rental the mileage limit is longer or farther if you need to extend the rental time. You can add a second driver really quickly if they register for a Turo account. During the rental renewal time I can add another driver but not during the first part of the reservation of this Tesla. Loved the car and the pickup and drop off were super easy.
Why I have it 3 stars is that the regular maintenance wasn’t performed. The tires were all low and screeched when going around corners, the battery had some issues so not all features worked.
