Guidelines
CLEANLINESS - The vehicle will be clean with full tank of gas. We expect it returned to be returned in the exact same condition. ⚠️🚭🚭🚭NO SMOKING! 🚭🚭🚭⚠️ Additional charges will be assessed to remove any smells from the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS No Smoking or vaping is allowed inside the vehicle. This includes cigarette, cigar, or any type of marijuana smell is not allowed in the car. Any lingering smells shall be reported to Turo and charges in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services will be applied.

Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition as they received it. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Note: Obviously if it’s raining at the time of drop off, or rains after drop off, the condition of the exterior will not be the same. Will car come activated with toll pass?
Yes, the car has an active toll tag that is connected to the license plate (and vehicle make/model) that can be used on all Texas toll roads. However, this toll pass MAY NOT work in other states. Be mindful that additional toll fees may be charged for driving on toll roads in other states. We will request reimbursement at end of your trip and payable via the Turo app.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of 91 Unleaded Premium gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel with 91 or 93 octane. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
