No helmet is required although all drivers & passengers are required to wear eye protection. Any passengers under 21 are required to wear a helmet. Absolutely no more than 2 people in this vehicle at one time. 🚭NO SMOKING: cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana -Violators will be subject to a $150 Fee. 🚫🐶🐱NO PETS – Violators will be subject to $150 cleaning fee Return the vehicle filled up with premium gasoline ONLY, otherwise please purchase Prepay Fuel. Premium Fuel only (91 octane +) (Fuel receipt required) ⚠️ Vehicle is EXTREMELY low to the ground. Please watch for speed bumps and curbs. Any damage to wheels, tires, and/or body will result in repair charges. ⚠️NO BURNOUTS! Tires are checked before and after. $400.00 charge for tire replacement or extensive wear. ⚠️NO RACING. This vehicle is equipped with GPS and Telematics (tracks driving behavior- speeding, hard braking, acceleration, etc.). Have fun while staying safe. Pickup: By primary driver ONLY, with a valid driver's license, with picture. Must have physical driver’s license with you at pick up. Only primary driver is permitted to drive the vehicle. No exceptions.
