Guidelines

**** Terms and guidelines *** If you need anything, feel free to ask, and we will try to accommodate your request. Please return the car clean. For your full enjoyment of riding the car of the future and a hassle free return, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip, please purchase the Post-trip cleaning extra. We will deliver the vehicle in accordance to Turo's cleaning and disinfection policy. We expect the vehicle to be returned in the same state. Please see following for policy details: https://explore.turo.com/enhanced-cleaning-disinfection-guide/ We will make an attempt to have the vehicle delivered with at least 200 miles of EV range (90%). Please return the vehicle with the same EV range as you received to avoid flat fee charge, or purchase the Prepaid EV recharge extra. If you feel like you are in danger, or that you cannot get to a safe place, please call 911 emergency line. If you and the car is in an accident, get to a safe location and notify us immediately. There is insurance information in the glove compartment. If the vehicle is disabled and you need further assistance, give us a call. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify us. Keep in mind the time it takes to recharge your rental vehicle when planning to arrive at your return time. Not notifying us before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines Tesla mobile access should not to be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify us first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. To preserve the longevity of battery, it is not recommended to charge the car beyond 90%. Fastrak and tolled express lane are NOT FREE. The renter is responsible for usage fee. At the end of the journey Turo will bill you all the services you use. So it is better you do not use the fastback lane and tolled express lane. If you do use it, please mark down the times and usages of these services, and notify us and we will pay for these first, and ask Turo to send the bill to you later. If you need the car delivered to you or pickup from you after 8:00pm or before 7:00am, and if you return the car after 10:00pm, there will be an extra charge. If you need to pickup the car later than indicated, please let us know. No smoking in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on Turo fees & fines policy. For more information please check with Fastrak Website: bayareafastrak.org ***USB Drive*** Please do not remove or displace the USB drive as it is used to record for potential accidents and break-ins for the duration of the trip. Any violation or misplacement of the USB will result in a $50 fine. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the trip ended. Or message us on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods). *** Accident and Unexpected Issue *** For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support 866-735-2901 immediately. *** Long Term Rental *** Long-term rental request is very welcome. Feel free to message us if you plan to rent our car for a couple of weeks/months. Discount is provided for long-term rental. ***Airport pickup and return*** Due to traffic control in the airports, we cannot park the car at the curb of the landing gates. The traffic police will not allow that. So we will park the vehicle at the hourly parking lot for ease of handover. *Turo regulations: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines *Message us your needs and we will reply shortly. Your cooperation and honestly are greatly appreciated.

Great ride. Very hospitable host, she was so helpful and accommodating. It was my first time driving a Tesla, took me a few minutes to get acquainted even after I watched the intro video but once I got comfortable it was an enjoyable ride. Would Turo this car again if I’m ever back in San Fran.
