You'll receive our car cleaned disinfected inside/out and with a full tank - please return it in the same way condition. Please keep carwash and gas receipts in the glove compartment. Thank you for taking care of my car... -no pets -no food or drinks -no heavy cologne -no smoking -no low octane fuel, 89+octane tested -no burnouts, tire tread depth checked ((see reservation check-in photos)) Smoking(Cigarettes, Cigars, Weed, Vaping, E-Cigs, etc.) pets, eating, are NOT allowed inside our car. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Note: The car needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it in Be safe and have a great drive! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before, during or after your trip! In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own.

I gave him nearly $3000 This was a very very bad experience!!!!

The booking was for 16day period and I haven’t not received 3000$ from you, Cynthia. Turo does take a portion based on protection plan opted and you must have also had young driver fee in addition to others. Please check with Turo support.

I did not smoke in this vehicle!!!!!! He was very aggressive late for pick up force me to keep the car longer than what I actually want to Due to vacation.
