Overall a great trip. Cherish worked with us when our plane got delayed and we were late picking it up. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. Picking the car up was an easy process, it was clean and GREAT gass mileage.

The customer service was amazing, it was like I was talking with a company versus an individual. Immediate answers. The car had run out of gas because I misread the car screen. They responded immediately and met me on the side of the highway even though I was far from their residence and rescued me. What a great couple they were.

This was my first Turo experience and it was perfect. Sadie was pleasant and kind towards me and ensured I knew of everything with the car. As mentioned, the car turns heads and people slow down as you approach but it’s a quick car. Definitely roomy and spacious for a family of 4. Trunk was big enough to fit a large luggage and stroller.
