I’ll start with the basics. The car is comfortable and spacious enough. However, the car was past due for service and indicator lights were on. The car was also not cleaned properly. Finally, the car had a strong smoking odor that was unpleasant. I messaged the host at pick up but didn’t get any reply.

As far as the cleaning is concern if you could please send us a a photo to detail this we would appreciate it. And, finally as far as service is concern please indicate the specific on that.
