👉 Please read the guidelines below and avoid reimbursement request 👈 💦 CLEANING ◾ This vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned and detailed inside and out. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean, otherwise there will be a $30 fee for cleaning. ◾ For your convenience, we offer post-cleaning for $20 when prepaid. If you opt for it you don’t need to return the car clean. ◾ Prepaid cleaning doesn’t cover stains or odors. ◾ Absolutely no smoking / drugs / fragance /air freshners. Any lingering smell will be reported to TURO and charge up to $250. 🐶 PETS ◾ Pets are not allowed except in the case of service animals, but guests must notify the host in advance. Service animals are not exempt from any cleaning fees that may be necessary after a trip. ⛽ REFUELING ◾ We will deliver the car fueled. You’re expected to return the car with the same amount of gas when you picked it up, If you not opt for prepaid refuel. ◾ If by any chance you are unable to return the car with a full tank of gas, we will request a reimbursement on TURO at the end of the trip. Please note that Turo charges a $10 refueling fee on top of the cost of fuel. ◾ You’re responsible for documenting fuel levels and replacing the fuel in the car. Be sure to take pictures of the fuel gauge before and after your trip. You must upload the pictures in “TURO Trip Photos” ◾ For your convenience, we offer prepaid refuel for $50 and you can deliver the vehicle with any fuel level. 👮‍♀️ TOOLS ◾ Tolls are NOT included in your rental. Renter is responsible for 100% of tolls incurred while using our vehicle. ◾ This car has a fixed transponder (number 021746541010). Tolls will be reimbursed through the Turo app, in addition to processing fees of $5. ◾ Renter is also responsible for any parking tickets, traffic violantions, etc. ◾ If you NOT opt for sunpass, please pay your tolls stoping and opting for cashier. 📄 GENERAL: ◾ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. Turo charges $20 per hour that you are late so please communicate with me beforehand. ◾ Services will be charged ONLY if they are used. ◾ Please take care of the car as your own. ◾ If you opt for pick up and drop off at airports, we will be there when you arrive and departure.
