Guidelines

👉 Please read the guidelines below and avoid reimbursement request 👈 🚭 NON-SMOKING CAR ◾ All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car in the Turo marketplace. This No smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. ◾ Absolutely no smoking / drugs / fragance /air freshners. Any lingering smell will be reported to TURO and charge up to $250. 💦 CLEANING ◾ This vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned and detailed inside and out. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean, otherwise there will be a $30-$50 fee for cleaning. ◾ If you have chose for post-cleaning, please ignore this notice. ◾ Prepaid cleaning doesn’t cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. ⛽ REFUELING ◾ We will deliver the car fueled. You’re expected to return the car with the same amount of gas when you picked it up, If you not opt for prepaid refuel. ◾ If by any chance you are unable to return the car with a full tank of gas, we will request a reimbursement on TURO at the end of the trip. Please note that Turo charges a $10 refueling fee on top of the cost of fuel. ◾ You’re responsible for documenting fuel levels and replacing the fuel in the car. Be sure to take pictures of the fuel gauge before and after your trip. You must upload the pictures in “TURO Trip Photos” 👮‍♀️ TOOLS ◾ Tolls are NOT included in your rental. You’re responsible for all tolls incurred during your trip. You’re also responsible for tickets resulting from illegal driving or improper parking behavior. ◾ This car has a fixed transponder (number 0114872010109 ). Tolls will be reimbursed through the Turo app within 3-7 days after your trip ends, in addition to processing fees of $5. ⚠️ FLAT TIRE Flat tire happens. If some tire be flat, you need to fix it. You can use your own AAA or If you want, you can activate the TURO Support but they will charge you $ 60 to change the tire for you. If you have some issue with battery, key, mechanic issues or accident during your trip, please contact IMMEDIATELY the ROAD ASSISTANCE of TURO calling to (415) 965-4525. 🐶 PETS: ◾ Pets are not allowed except in the case of service animals, but guests must notify the host in advance. Service animals are not exempt from any cleaning fees that may be necessary after a trip. 📄 GENERAL: ◾ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. Turo charges $20 per hour that you are late so please communicate with me beforehand. ◾ Services will be charged ONLY if they are used. ◾ Please take care of the car as your own. ◾ We want to do everything to make your experience pleasant.
