I didn’t have the best experience with this company. They weren’t able to give me the car that I booked, they switched it last minute, which was fine. But, once I received the car, on the screen it said the back right tire was low on air. The screw on nozzle on the tire was missing, so it seemed that the owner just filled it up and gave it to us in hopes it would be fine/we wouldn’t notice. It seemed to be fine so we drove off and enjoyed our day. The second day we woke up and the tire was completely flat. We reached out to the owner and he basically said to just fill it up. He didn’t reach out after and check up on us nor did he offer to switch it or anything. Throughout our entire trip, we had to wake up early everyday and fill up the tire because it was flat every morning. It completely ruined our trip because we weren’t able to explore islands because of the fear of the tire becoming flat. It was a horrible turo experience, I won’t be using this company when I return to Seattle ever again, nor do I recommend anyone else to use their cars.
