Car not clean . And maintenance light on

There is no maintenance light on in the vehicle. I service my cars with fully synthetic 20k mile oil. The car system gives a maintenance required after 5k miles. The vehicle was 100% safe and drives excellent with zero issues. I’m also not sure what you mean about the car not being clean because both pre and post trip photos show the car is clean. I’ve had well over 100 trips and this is the only the second 3 star review I’ve received (the first being a guest who returned the vehicle damaged).
