Mimi was a great host. The rental was ok. I rented it for my wife and I wedding anniversary. The only hiccup was when I parked in a parking garage and lost connection between my Tesla phone app and the car itself. The car was stuck in the parking garage for over 3 hours. Mimi went above and beyond to get a Uber driver to travel from Dundalk md to Oxen hill md. I really appreciated that. I would have like to had got a discount for the inconvenience but Mimi extended my rental. For future Tesla renter on this app whether you rent from Mimi or another Tesla renter. Make sure you get the fob or the Tesla card. It will save you a lot of headaches and pain. The both of us was unaware that the car could lose connectivity to the app. My wife didn’t like it because of that issue and the locked speed limit so it took use forever to get to Oxen Hill. Overall I would give the Tesla another shot if I was to lease or own.
