    You can find Turo's insurance card as well as the roadside assistance information in the glovebox as well as in your app. If you get into an accident or got a ticket, please provide the Turo insurance card to the third party or law enforcement.

He was very responsive and clearly communicated that our check in had to be 45 min later than scheduled due to delayed cleaning. Lucky for him we weren’t on a time crunch and was flexible, though he did let us keep the car for an hour later than we scheduled. It didn’t matter for us, because we had a flight to catch. But a generous offer nonetheless. Additionally the tire pressure light was on the whole time which he addressed and said the meter might not be working. It was a concern of mine to be driving with a dashboard maintenance light on but it ended up being okay. Minor things that slightly inconvenienced us but overall a good car and easy pick up and drop off.

It was as easy as could be. The Park and Zoom shuttle picks you up by the arrivals area and brings you right to your vehicle. The car was nice enough. No issues. I would definitely rent this way again.

Had an issue during check in: the instructions say to text the parking ticket to a specific number and wait for them to pay it before exiting the lot. I texted, didn’t hear back for 5, 10, 15, 20 mins and then decided to pay the $28 parking fee and left the lot. I called the number, no answer. I messaged through the app, no answer. A few hours later I got a response saying they would refund me. The air pressure tire sensors were on upon pick up so I had to drive to a gas station at 6am and check my air unsure if the vehicle was safe to drive. Later they messaged me and said it was a bad sensor. After these two initial issues, the trip went to plan and was as described in terms of condition.
