They requested I pay for a car wash even though the car was clean. I took pictures before and after and I could tell no difference between the before and after pictures. This was NOT in the contract. I paid it to be nice but I think I was taken advantage of. It’s not the price, it’s the principle.

May’s car was exactly as described! It ran perfectly, and I felt confident in its cleanliness. I selected airport pickup/drop off and that was absolutely seamless. This was my first time using Turo, and May made it very easy. Thank you!
